Objectives needed to ensure that the requirements for this policy are met and that continual improvement is maintained in line with the spirit of the policy, will be set, determined, communicated and monitored at Management Review.

The Health and well-being of the workforce is our number one priority. Our prioritization is one of workplaces that are incident- and injury-free, where everyone returns home safely. Monitoring by site in charge is regularly done in a way that makes sure no accidents happen on the site.

Al Jawal attained certification of Health and Safety management OHSAS 18001:2007 which demonstrates our commitment to health and safety at work and provide assurance that legal compliance is effectively managed.

Our employees are fully trained and aware to ensure we are completely compliant with Safety rules and regulations and follow best practices at all times. Regular safety training and awareness programs are held to ensure that everyone remains aware of safe working procedures.
